Patricia A. Totten

Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Patricia A. Totten is vice president, general counsel and secretary of the general partner of TEPPCO Partners, L.P., one of the largest publicly traded pipeline limited partnerships. She is responsible for the legal, governmental affairs, public communications, and tariff and ratemaking functions of the Partnership. Totten joined TEPPCO in February 2006.

Prior to her employment with TEPPCO, Totten was Associate General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel for Enterprise Products Partners L.P., from December 2002 through January 2006. Prior to that, she served as General Counsel to a Houston data services company and as Vice President of Marketing for VerizonWireless.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Totten earned a doctor of jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1983, a bachelor of arts in Philosophy from Eckerd College and a Masters Degree in Education from Kent State University. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
