William G. Manias

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

William G. Manias is vice president and chief financial officer of the general partner of TEPPCO Partners, L.P., one of the largest publicly traded pipeline limited partnerships. In this role, he serves as the principal financial and accounting officer of the company. Manias joined TEPPCO in January 2006.

Prior to his employment with TEPPCO, Manias was vice president of Corporate Development for Enterprise Products Partners L.P., from October 2004 to January 2006. From February 2004 to October 2004, he was CFO of GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P. Manias also served as vice president, Business Development and Strategic Planning for El Paso Field Services from October 2001 to February 2004. Prior to joining El Paso Field Services, he held various positions with J.P. Morgan from 1992 to 2001.

A native of Concord, N.H., Manias holds a bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering from Princeton University, a master of science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Rice University.

Manias was born Feb. 24, 1962. He and his wife, Gretchen, have two children.
