Tariff Information

Recent Filings - This section contains all Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and Texas Railroad Commission filings within the past ninety (90) days. These filings are listed first by the applicable agency, then by the number of the Transmittal Letters.

Tariffs - This section contains all current tariffs with the appropriate regulatory agencies. Once a tariff is superceded by another tariff, the cancelled tariff will no longer appear on the website.

Rate Summaries - The Rate Summary sheets provide a complete list of current movements (from origin to destination) with the applicable current rates. The Rate Summary sheets are first listed by product type, then by rate type (incentive or non-incentive).

Rate Sheets - This section contains terms, conditions, and rates not subject to the jurisdiction of federal or state regulatory agencies. The Rate Sheets are first listed by product type, then by the name of the applicable rate charges.

Tariff Indexes - This section includes a complete listing of all effective tariffs where the carrier is either an initial, intermediate, or delivering carrier. The Tariff Indexes are listed by Company Name.

Adoption Notices - This section lists all Adoption Notices (Complete or Partial) filed with the appropriate regulatory agencies due to a change in the name of a carrier or change in ownership. The Adoption Notices are listed by Company Name.
