Recent Filings - This section contains all Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and Texas Railroad Commission filings within the past ninety (90) days. These filings are first listed by Company Name, then applicable agency and finally by the number of the Transmittal Letter.

Tariffs - This section contains all current tariffs with the appropriate regulatory agencies. Once a tariff is superceded by another tariff, the cancelled tariff will no longer appear on the website.

Adoption Notices - This section lists all Adoption Notices (Complete or Partial) filed with the appropriate regulatory agencies due to a change in the name of a carrier or change in ownership. The Adoption Notices are listed by Company Name.
