New Shipper Form

To apply for shipper status with TEPPCO, please complete and submit the New Shipper Form below. Once submitted, your request will be emailed to TEPPCO and a copy emailed to you for your files. A TEPPCO employee will contact you within 3 business days of receipt of the application.

Instructions:

Step 1:

The following information is needed to complete the TEPPCO New Shipper Form:

1. Company contact information; i.e. name, address, etc.
2. Description of shipping needs.
3. Financial information.
4. Trade references (3).
5. Forecast of shipping volumes and locations.
6. Terminal access needs.

The form is separated into 6 sections to ease input. You may save your data prior to submission by using the 'Save and Exit' button. Once this button is clicked, you will be emailed a user name and password to return to this site and add/change information on the application before submitting it to TEPPCO. Your incomplete application can be retrieved up to 14 days after initial creation. Once the application is complete, use the Submit button to send the application to TEPPCO. Use of the Reset button will clear the application entirely and all information will be deleted.

After completing the on-line portion of the form, please print and complete (including signature) the required Tax forms, listed below.
