TEPPCO Partners, L.P. is one of the largest and most diversified publicly traded master limited partnerships. The Partnership operates in four business segments: Downstream, Midstream, Upstream and Marine Services.

Downstream Segment
The Downstream Segment includes the transportation, marketing and storage of refined products, liquefied petroleum gases (LPGs) and petrochemicals.

Midstream Segment
The Midstream Segment includes gathering of natural gas, fractionation of natural gas liquids (NGLs) and pipeline transportation of NGLs.

Upstream Segment
The Upstream Segment includes gathering, pipeline transportation, marketing and storage of crude oil and distribution of lubrication oils and specialty chemicals.

Marine Services Segment
The Marine Services Segment includes the marine transportation of refined products, crude oil, condensate, asphalt, heavy fuel oil and other heated oil products via tow boats and barges.
