Centennial Pipeline
Centennial Pipeline LLC  is a joint venture
pipeline system between Marathon Petroleum Company LLC and
TE Products Pipeline Company, Limited Partnership (TEPPCO).
Centennial originates at TEPPCO's terminal located
in Beaumont, Texas, and extends into the Midwest to Illinois. Centennial's mainline
system and TEPPCO's mainline systems originating in Beaumont deliver product
into southern Illinois and re-originate either north on Centennial or east on
TEPPCO's existing mainline system to the Illinois, Indiana and Ohio markets.
