Upstream Segment

The upstream segment is operated by TCTM, LLC, through its subsidiaries TEPPCO Crude Pipeline, LLC, TEPPCO Crude Oil, LLC, TEPPCO Seaway, L.P., and Lubrication Services, LLC

The Upstream Segment includes gathering, storage, transportation and marketing of crude oil; and the distribution of lubrication oils and specialty chemicals principally in Oklahoma, Texas and the Rocky Mountain region. This segment also generates revenues from trade documentation and pumpover services, primarily at Cushing, Oklahoma, and Midland.

The Upstream Segment has more than 3,750 miles of pipeline and 11 million barrels of storage. This segment also includes the Partnership's ownership interest in the 416-mile Basin Pipeline.
